Unfortunately, the Brass Goat won't work with your Ruger Gen 2 bolt action.
The Brass Goat is designed specifically for AR-15 and AR-10 platform rifles — it snaps onto the magwell of those rifles' lower receivers. Bolt-action rifles have a completely different design and magwell configuration, so it's not compatible.
